SURVEY 2009

ACCORDING TO YOUR VOTES, THESE ARE THE WINNERS OF THE 2009 SURVEY TO SELECT THE BEST FLAMENCO OF 2008

12,805 valid votes in final phase of the survey decided the best flamenco of 2008.  Added to the 10,835 votes of the first phase, that’s a total of 23,640 votes received from Deflamenco readers throughout the world who took the trouble to vote.  More than 2,000 votes had to be discounted for having been sent from a duplicated email or IP address.

Each voter was asked their city and country, although the information was provided on a voluntary basis.  We can therefore report that 55% of voters were from Spain, and the rest, from a wide diversity of areas, mostly Europe, that is, France and Italy.  In the rest of the world, the highest participation was from the United States, Mexico and Japan.

DeFlamenco.com is profoundly grateful to all the readers and clients who took part in the survey.

The awards party is March 31st 2009, at the Lara Theater at 11:00 pm.  Request your invitation at
