To take a look at the flamenco itinerary of Manuel Moreno “EL PELE” is to discover an important artistic background that goes far beyond success at one-night-stand festivals, or winning over the hearts of flamenco fans in some corner of the flamenco landscape, with everything it implies, although El Pele has also travelled down these prestigious paths.   The aesthetic journey of El Pele is marked by the tireless search for new horizons, from a perspective of the most classic tradition, the endless desire to learn and to discover his own style. This has led to Pele being considered an innovator, with sufficient criteria and respect not to lose sight of his roots.  Throughout his long career, we find numerous examples of this.

Manuel Moreno “EL PELE” cloistered himself in the La Marisma studio (El Rocío) with nine of the best, with Isidro Muñoz and with his Voice.

The Voice, knowledge, love for the art, artistic sensibility, flamenconess, delicacy, rage and above all, FLAMENCO IN ITS NATURAL STATE.
And to get the job done, he went to the nothing less than some of the most outstanding guitarists of Spain, and the best pianist: Moraito Chico, José Antonio Rodríguez, Niño de Pura, Miguel Ángel Cortés, Diego del Morao, Juan Carlos Romero, Daniel Méndez and David Peña Dorantes, with the special collaboration of singer María Toledo, nine wonderful artists for the unmistakable genius of Manuel Moreno “EL PELE”

This recording is bound to win over the best flamenco fans.
