Two months after his death, Paco de Lucía, has left us his last work, “Canción Andaluza”
A voyage through Spanish lyrical song that he evokes with great favorites such as “María de la O”, “Ojos verdes” and “Romance de Valentía” among others.
Estrella Morente, Parrita, Oscar de León, Piraña, Antonio Sánchez and Alain Pérez are featured on the recording. Eight classics through the vision Paco de Lucía’s guitar, also incorporating mandolas, mandolines and the Arabic ud.
After the work was finished, the maestro retired to Havana and Cancún where he liked to get away from everything, until February 26th when we lost him forever.
