FLAMENCO CIRCULAR

We see a combination of unrecorded artists and tested pros, both veterans
and new stars of today's flamenco panorama, giving a sampling of the flamenco
essence so that the spectator may perceive and enjoy the privileged moment
this art form is experiencing at the turn of the new century.
This first series is six months long, divided in two parts: from October
9th, the day of the presentation, to December 27th, and from mid-January
to April, 2004.

The technical overseer of this flamenco circuit is Antonio Benamargo,
founder of Flamenco de Hoy. He has vast experience in the direction and
organization of theatrical presentations, concerts and flamenco events.
Since 1987 he has been devoted to organizing performances for flamenco
artists and companies of the highest level in the most prestigious theaters
and festivals throughout the world.

THE PERFORMERS

These are the first individuals interested in keeping to the authentic
character the organization of FLAMENCO CIRCULAR wishes to lend the event.
And so they have made a big effort towards making their voices sound in
a natural context, their dances offered in intimate surroundings and their
instruments heard in all their rich warmth with the tacit complicity of
the spectator.
