How
do I search for a product?

- In the left-hand margin where the shop menu is located,
there is a search box, and this is the best way to track
down records and other products you're trying to find. It's
not necessary to put the full name of the artist or record
title, with just one or two of the most significant words
it's sufficient.
- The search function is sensitive to accents, so you must
include them in the search criteria.
- You may also find products via the different access menus
organized by category where we have classified various items.
- If a certain product appears without price and cannot
be purchased, it might be out of print or out of stock.

How do
I make a purchase?
- Shopping at our store is very easy. In the different
record listings and/or representation of each one, click
on the button marked BUY. (With certain products such as
videos, you will have to select the system NTSC/PAL, and
the desired language). The product is then added to your
shopping cart (you can always remove it later).

- Use the search function to find other items you wish
to purchase, always at the left-hand margin.

- When you want to check your shopping-cart, you can reach
it at any time and then return to the various listings in
order to continue shopping. You can change the quantity
of a given item in the shopping-cart and remove those you
decide not to purchase.

When you have the desired items in the shopping cart (it
can be modified at any time, even after beginning the final
steps of processing the order), you can check the shipping
charges for your order.

- To place your order, click on the button PROCEED CHECKOUT,
and you'll move on to the next step where you must fill
in your billing and shipping information (the first time
you must fill in all the necessary information for the order).
If you placed an order previously, enter your e-mail address
(the one you used to place your first order) and the password
you used to make your first purchase.

- If you wish to change your information you can do so before
finalizing the order. You may also have the items shipped
to a different address

If your Credit Card information is incorrect, or has not
been accepted, you will receive an e-mail indicating an
error has occurred: Status: CREDIT CARD ERROR. If

to purchase, indicating the form of payment (COD, bank

C.O.D. (Cash on delivery)
Only Spain.
- Your order will be delivered C.O.D. If you are not home
to receive it, the postman will leave a message indicating
the package can be picked up at your Post Office. You will
receive an email confirming the order. (Status: IN
PREPARATION).
- Touline Express 24 h. Will ship your order C.O.D. in 24
hours – if you are not home to receive the package,
a notice will be left and you must telephone to arrange
for delivery. *The 24-hour period depends upon the all the
items from your order being in stock, and the order having
been made before 2:00 pm Spain time. For orders made on
non-working days the 24-hour period begins at the start
of the first working day.
You will receive an email from UPS to follow the order,
and another from DeFlamenco.com confirming the order:

Make a transfer for the full amount of the order to:

You will receive an email to confirm the order (Status:
AWAITING TRANSFER).

Your Credit Card information is not stored in any database
nor file of any kind.
The Banc Sabadell bank handles payment via its TPV system
independently of Deflamenco.com. The order number assigned
by the Banc Sabadell bank is not related to your Deflamenco.com
order number.
You will receive an e-mail containing details of your order
indicating Status: PENDING CREDIT CARD where you may
directly make payment by pressing the payment button (a window
of the Secure Server of the Banc Sabadell bank will open
where you can authorize payment). When the payment process
is completed you will receive another e-mail confirming successful
payment (Status: IN PREPARATION).
If the TPV system does not accept the card, or erroneous
data was introduced, you will receive an e-mail (Status:
CREDIT CARD ERROR).

PAYPAL PAYMENT makes secure payment via
Internet to the email address (rmanjava@deflamenco.com) for
the amount of order. Shipment is made as soon as payment is

The time it takes for delivery depends on the postal service
in the destination country. The number of days is counted
from the date the order is shipped out.
¡Orders are normally shipped
the day after being received, but if any item should temporarily
be out of stock causing a shipping delay, you will be informed
of this via e-mail and an estimated shipping date will be
supplied.!

where you can consult previous orders as well as the status
of those which have not yet been received..
Order status
AWAITING TRANSFER: You have not yet made the transfer
or it has not yet been confirmed by Deflamenco.com.
AWAITING PAYMENT: Your order has been received correctly,
but payment has not yet been made via the TPV system of the
Caixa Catalunya bank. From the order center you may pay directly
and this will be confirmed with an e-mail as soon as the operation
has been accepted or rejected.
CREDIT CARD ERROR: The operation was carried out via
the TPV system of the Caixa Catalunya bank, but incorrect
data was introduced, or the credit card was rejected. You
can try again introducing the correct data, or with another
credit card accepted by the TPV system.
IN PREPARATION: The ordering process has been successfully
carried out and Deflamenco.com is preparing the items which
will be sent as soon as possible..
SENT: The order has been shipped to the address you
supplied - if there has been any delay, you will be notified.
FINISHED: The order has been successfully filled.
We appreciate an e-mail from you confirming receipt.
CANCELLED: You may cancel an order (provided it has
not been shipped) by telephone or e-mail. When payment is
not made on an order that is PENDING CREDIT CARD o CREDIT
CARD ERROR, it will be CANCELLED. If you wish to cancel an
order which has already been sent, consult our returns policy.

You may return an item within 7 days of having received it..
If any product does not arrive in proper condition, or was mistakenly
sent, you must inform Customer Service by telephone or e-mail,
explaining the problem. You must return the incorrect or defective
items via the postal service. After the merchandise has been
returned and the incident checked out, the items in question
will be replaced, or your money will be refunded (including
shipping costs) via bank transfer.
Voluntary returns, when you are not satisfied with
the product, it must be reported by telephone and/or e-mail,
and the items shipped to Deflamenco.com at the customer's
expense. Once Deflamenco.com has received the returned merchandise,
your money with be returned via bank transfer, or directly
to your credit card account if the payment was made in that
way. We cannot accept the return of CDs, videos or DVDs if
they do not bear their original cellophane wrapping, due to
the ease with which they can be reproduced.
